Beautiful campsite. Loop A has wonderful views, and the sites are a good size and are well spaced apart. There is good shade and the Verizon cell reception is great. There are no showers in Loop A. Had to use the showers in Loop B. The bathrooms and showers are rather old and there were quite a number of mosquitos and bugs in the shower stalls. There is a nice swimming area in Loop B.

Beautiful Park. Fantastic views. Sites were clean. Love those tall pine trees. Park hosts kept park very tidy. Easy access for launching kayaks and paddle boards.Restrooms were clean but need some serious updating. No showers available on the 1-20 sites section but sites seem roomier. Roads need a little attention too. Very rough when navigating thru the park, especially when driving trailers in and out. Bring your own firewood...None for sale at gate.We visited Hot Springs National Park & Bath House Row, the Clinton Museum and the Crater of Diamond park while there. While doable, each took longer to drive to than expected. Now that we've checked off those boxes...Next time, we'll enjoy our time in Denby Park more and skip the tourist stuff.

The campsite itself was wonderful. But, the reservation system is terrible. We made two reservations for two different days. On each day when we arrived to set up our camp the previous customer was not off the campsite. We waited for hours and we decided to get a different campsite. Then the second day when we were to set up on that campsite the person was nowhere to be found that was already occupying it. After waiting several hours we found that the person on that campsite was at least an hour away to get there to remove his camper. We waited an hour and a half-and then left to Go to another park altogether. The reservation system is very in efficient and frustrating. Not allowing the local campground hosts to be able to make decisions to rectify situations like this is terrible. Hopefully you will allow them to coordinate with the reservation website in the future so that camping can be fun at Denby point.
