I'm sorry but we had to leave after 2 nights . My wife's mother passed away . My son came and pulled our camper in for us the following Saturday. We love shoalbay.

Grass was tall , nobody at check in , was there 8 nights and not one time did anyone come around and make sure that it was us in the spot, when we was leaving , man came running out of his camper and ask what site we was leaving ???? he said so he would know it was empty, trail by lake had so much trash on it, worst i had ever seen it

We had a great time. We was camped by the water and the park is a great place. Has a nice playground for kids.

The park was wonderful, our only complaint was 2 pitbulls that had been shot and was right behind our camper, my husband carried one up to them to get it out from behind our camper, but when the second one came up he called them and they said don’t bring it up here, first time we had experienced that at shoal bay which we go to several times a year, it wasn’t the weekend man who is so nice , this guy was during the week.

The volunteer at the check in was very nice. Our campsite was mowed and clean.
