This spot #50 is my favorite being right next to the water and beach. Also being close to the end point you get to see the sunrise and the sunset without going anywhere. The bathhouse is very convenient and close. There is a generator close by that does make noise but it's so beautiful at this spot that it does not bother me. The spring and fall are my favorite times to be there with less people and better weather.

Great spot next to the lake and beach. A few trees between our RV and the water made it beautiful. Some noise from a park generator facility. But not bad. Would go again.

This area is one of the best (if not the best) corp of Engineer campground we have ever stayed. Rolling hills, unspoiled grounds and a beautiful view no matter which way we turned! There is electric service only, so self contained units need to use the bath houses. A small price to pay for the picturesque area. Nice quiet walks on the rolling roads found a lake, ducks walking around close and many birds. Lots of trails! Every site offers something to the camper.

The park was very nice. Well maintained and clean. There were no check in slips at the gate and the next day when returning from an excursion I found one filled out and attached to my post. The restrooms were clean and shower had ample hot water. Loved the area! National Park, race track, gardens and digging for gems were a hit with the grandchildren!

Loop B has a very loud pump or something running numerous times throughout the day which makes it difficult to enjoy the escape. The location was otherwise nice but that sound was like a loud motorboat and could be heard from most every site in loop B. The road into the campground does pass through a few little creeks which may be of concern for some vehicles in rainy conditions. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay but probably would not return.

Lovely campground!! We were there during the off-season so we had the place pretty much to ourselves. Site 50!! Right on the water and a huge area as our front yard. Hot Springs is close and a trip there is highly recommended. The lake is beautiful and the roads are well maintained.

Hello there,I stayed a site 50 which is a nice location by the lake. It is near the bathroom so you don't have to drive and the dumpster is right there so you can get rid of trash. In the summer I can just walk down to the shore line and jump in the water with my paddle board. The trees are in a nice position to set up a screen where we can watch movies or play games. There is one small issue. There is a fenced in facility in the middle of all of the camp grounds that can be a bit noisy. I guessing it water treatment facility. If there was a way to make that quieter or not run it from 2200-0600, that would make that site perfect. Over all it is still a 5 star experience

The bathrooms on top of the hill are extremely hot!! And the womans does not have any lights.

Loved spot 50 for our kids! The extra noise from the treatment plant didn’t bother us as we use sound machines anyway.

Sites were spacious and clean. Restrooms were clean and conveniently located. Staff were professional and courteous
