We stay at Aux Arc quite a bit and it is always pretty peaceful except for the trains but you get used to them. Most campers are very considerate and friendly as well as the camp hosts and janitorial staff. Normally we camp with a group of 2-4 couples every time we camp here. Lots of laughs and eating when we get together. I highly recommend staying here.

Great clean park with one exception this trip. The garbage dumpster was completely full and sacks of garbage was stacked on top! Come on people, lets get the dumpster dumped! Note: It was that way when we arrived and after4 nights it was really bad when we left!

Park is right on the Arkansas River. Rv slots are a good size and come with a covered sitting/picnic area. There is a spot to park a second vehicle. Park is well maintained and park hosts are friendly. Plenty of activities nearby to include golf and wineries. This is one of my favorite parks and I look forward to going.

Very, very clean. Large, nicely spaced sites. Peaceful and quiet EXCEPT for train and dam alarms. Also, dam lights were super bright.

We had reservation Dec. 3rd and 4th. Our reservation was for site D009. The power would not stay on and we couldn't contact anyone to help us. I had to book a different site so we could have power our 2nd day. We love to stop here on our trips it's one of our favorite parks on our trips. Think you need to be aware of that site. Other than that our stays were good. On our way home I had to book 2 nights also but only needed one night. Good price so no problem.

Occasionally will hear a train or a barge but it is a very nice place.

We like the campground only there for a night. Very pleasant stay. Will go back if possible in future travels.

We enjoyed our stay at AuxArc, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Park was well maintained and the location on the Arkansas River was really nice. There was trains coming through occasionally, but we actually enjoyed the sound. Overall a great experience, would recommend to anyone.
