Park almost empty on a weekday in late October. Hiking and biking was fun . Will return and stay longer than one night (was on long trip)

The campgrounds and facilities are great. The only downside is that a group of early 20’s kids decided to have a party two nights I was there. They were very noisy and playing music until 10:30, when I and another camper both asked them to abide by the rules for quiet time after 10:00. They toned it down but didn’t stop. They had 4 tents on their site and there were 6 or 7 vehicles coming and going until midnight or after. I talked to a couple of them the following morning, and although they were apologetic they were noisy again the second night. The other camper that asked them to be quiet the first night, left his campsite early after the second noisy night. Well, the occasional noisy campground is to be expected. But these folks were really disruptive. I didn’t see a park ranger until the third morning, and the trouble group mostly disbanded during the days.
