The loblolly pines were magical. Its a quiet campground with a good camp host. Wed sure would return.

Great old growth Pines. Right on the river for kayaking & fishing. Near, but far enough away, Eureka Springs.

Nice , quiet location with great pine tree shade. My only complaint is that the bathroom/shower facilities leave a lot to he desired, they need renovations badly.

Great sites that were well spaced and up-kept. The fire ring was in a bit run down (site 35) but functional. On the sites on the road side (away from the water) has fire ring facing the interior side of the site instead of towards the back of the sites which would have been preferred. Try and book a site on the water side if you can for a little more privacy. We really appreciated how well cleaned the bathrooms were and were stocked with good toilet paper and even hand wash. The site host did a great job and we were even greeted upon arrival at our site and got checked in.

This pad had plenty of space between us and the neighbors. The pad is mostly level. The grounds were well count and the restrooms were clean. Plenty of tall pine trees to hang your hammock. Very short walk to the river. Would definitely visit here again

We stayed in The Pines Campground in September 2022. Very quiet campground under towering pine trees. Good fishing in the White River below Beaver Dam. We did a nice (5 mile) kayak float from the dam to the Hwy 62 Bridge - Dropped our truck off and a driver at Riverview Resort transferred me back to dam for a small fee. Restrooms/shower house were very clean and private. My only negative remarks are 1. there needs to be additional water spigots at each end of the campground as the only water is at the restroom/shower house and 2. the dump station is a mile away. These two issues are a small price to pay for a great camping experience.

there were no readily evident signs, i was looking for damn site river and the pines campground. never saw them. could not reach fresh water access to the camper
the place was great, had to leave early, but honestly there was no way i could find the campsite on my own.
