Beautiful site- overlooking the lake. Minimal shade. Had to level 1 inch on one side to be perfect. :) water and electric at site. Pump station available. Really nice site and campground. (Clean bathrooms and flush toilets)

Stayed at site 36. Great experience with a nice pull through site on the water. Grounds were well kept and main bathroom was clean. Well worth the trip.

I love this quiet campground that is surrounded by water. The hosts are always very nice and helpful. My only reason for 4* is that they don’t have any trash cans, signs or dog stations with bags to help remind people to pickup after their dogs. I had to pickup 5 piles of someone else’s dogs poop out of my campsite before I could set up. I carry my own bags and take it to the dumpster (which is located of outside the campground) once a day. I think if supplies would be accessible it might not be as bad, especially small trash cans.

This is a very special place! There are no bad campsites. Mine was one of the newer sites, with water and electric. The cement pad was smooth and clean. I had a nice picnic table with a roof for shade. There was a guardrail and then the lake just steps from my camper's door. You can fish right from your spot! The views rival the Caribbean in sheer beauty. One can see the sunrise and the sunset from this peninsula. I drove around the area a little bit and enjoyed the views at the Dam Overlook (2 of the flood gates were open!) and at Parker's Bottom, as lovely riverside fishing spot.
The campsites are spaced widely. There is a lot of green space, a wonderful little beach, many geese to entertain, and peace.

Beautiful view, love the pull through. I had to change (and pay for change) because the original dire was flooded and then cancelled my second weekend because the only site available #29 is really not doable for a rig. There is a very small pad at a 90 degree angle from drive and no way to put vehicle. This site should be made for rent only.

Beautiful site just feet from the water! Pull through that is easy to get in and out of.

Beautiful view of the lake with a large campsite! We were able to have our 22ft pontoon, 37ft 5th wheel and our truck on the campsite.
