It is unfortunate the quality of maintenance of the park continues to decline. We have stayed here for years and the neglect just grows and grows. Timed the cleaning crew at 76 seconds to clean two bathrooms. The sign on the attendant booth sign says staffed from 2p to 6p on Thursday-Sunday. Every day over Labor Day weekend it was unstaffed all day. There was a COE maintenance truck driving around, it just would move from parking lot to parking lot all day.

Near the lake, quiet. The facility was older with some leveling issues but otherwise it was great! Nothing we couldn’t manage easily!

The space I had was very tight and uneven. It was very difficult to get into and there was a steep ledge on the door side of the rv. Not all spaces were like that but this one was. Space 053

There was too big of drop offs trying to back into our site. We were not able to use it and forfeited the space. The space for our friends next door was also forfeited.

The park is very nice. Shady and relaxing. They could use a more helpful attendant though. The electric hook up didnt work on my site so I had to switch to a different site, and he was unwilling to help me do that. After I found a different site we did enjoy our stay.

The staff was wonderful!!! I booked my spot without ever having been to this location. It turns out that due to the length of my camper and truck I was not able to get around all the tree's. I went to the front location and they worked to find me another location to camp. I was worried that after a 5 hour drive I would now be camping at WalMart. I just so happened that another person was having the same problem. The staff jumped into action and found him another spot which and gave me his spot. They were so helpful and made sure that everyone enjoyed the weekend!!!

We had a great stay while visiting relatives who live in Pea Ridge. I reserved online and chose a poor site for my size camper. While we were there, we made note of several other campsites that will serve our needs better. We plan on visiting again in the summer and look forward to taking advantage of all that the park has to offer. It was neat to see the deer that would come within 10 feet of us!
