Now that Mesquite has "outlawed" overnight stays at the casinos, it was very refreshing to have an inexpensive place to stay overnight.

The campground was very good and the views were magnificent! It was quiet and peaceful most of the time. There does seem to be an issue with the reservations, though. Sites that were unavailable on the reservation system then sat empty throughout our stay. That was frustrating because we would have preferred one of those. Also, I couldn't get the Scan & Pay to accept my husband's Senior Lifetime Access Pass, so no discount. Still the price was a great bargain! The restrooms were clean and well maintained during the week but needed some attention over the weekend. Our campsite was not as close to the restrooms as we would have liked (again frustrating due to the unused reservations). During our stay it was quite windy at times. We weren't able to take advantage of the hiking trails during our stay, but they are available and close by. We definitely would stay here again!

nice and quiet. close to the highway. don't really like the cars racing thru in the middle of the night.

Campground is clean and neat. The reservation system showed most reservation only spots reserved however in actuality the campground was wide open with plenty of empty sites on the night we stayed including the reservation only spots that had shown as not available.

Great Experience, but no water available to fill your RV. The water available refers to the restrooms and water fountains at the restroom building. Not a big deal, just info in case you need to refill H2O.

We camped in site 34 in a fifth wheel. The curved drive with an island was a challenge to navigate and we did drive over the island on exit. Site was otherwise fantastic.

Beautiful views and excellent river access! I stayed here for 12 nights and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness of the grounds. The flush bathrooms are a nice touch, and the trails down to the river are well-maintained and easy to navigate. Highly recommend for the scenery and proximity to the water!

Nice campground with a couple problems that need to be fixed. First is the bathrooms were completely covered in dead bugs. Thousands of dead bugs littered all over the sinks and floors. The toilet paper and hand paper were stocked up frequently but there was no effort in cleaning up the bugs during this. The second problem is most reservable sites sit empty while showing fully booked on the website. Having a site with a gazebo wouldve been nice when it was 98 degrees for days on end but instead I would say 90% of those sat empty. There should be some sort of check in process via QR code and if the reserved party doesnt check in, they are contacted by email to see if they are still coming or not.

Nice campground with beautiful views. Nice access to and from the freeway but far enough the highway noise isnt a big issue. The only suggestion I would make is to have water available especially for people who dont have an rv.

This is a beautiful campground in a beautiful area. While no services at this campground , it is well maintained and sites are spacious.

The access to register is somewhat cumbersome. I was unable to register through the website so had to download the app in order to register. With limited connectivity, it was a challenge.

Easy parking for my 35 motorhome, quiet nights sleep, a lovely hike down to the river, great sunset, easy off and on to I-15.

There were some odd interactions with day visitors. It seems as if some visit for nefarious reasons. My second day/night included a man at the adjacent campsite that was passed out at the picnic table with a can of coors light. Later he moved to his car where there was also a dog. Through the day and early evening he yelled at the dog. When the occupants of the campsite arrived he moved and parked in the street between sites. This was uncomfortable.Unfortunately, on my second night at the walk in campsites near me a large group set up with bright lights that illuminated my site as well as into my rig late into the night and early morning. My arrival was also strange with a couple that were parked at the reserved site near me. They walked by my rig several times, filmed it and me with their phone, and then returned to their vehicle where they stayed for some time. Eventually another car parked next to them and it seemed as if there was a transaction taking place, after which they all left. These events made me worry for my safety and the safety of my rig so I was unable to enjoy the area beyond my campsite. Very disappointing. Beautiful area and great sites, its just a shame that they are not always used as intended.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.
