We love Hoyer and the surrounding forest and are regular visitors to this area. Unfortunately this time we didn't have the best neighbors.......humans are hard.The site hosts are always great and the facility is well maintained.

This campground is very large and in a secluded spot even though it is right off a paved road. You have privacy here. The sites are a comfortable distance apart. There are big pine trees at every site. The bathrooms were clean. The campground was clean. The staff were friendly. One warning: If you don't like the possibility of being around bears, don't go here. A bear was wandering the campground and another bear was captured there the previous week. They were looking for food, so don't leave any food out.

All the hosts were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. It was a busy Memorial Day weekend. Cleanest and best restrooms / showers ever!

Nice campground. Was not crowded and there was plenty of room between sites. Great fire pit and picnic tables.

Very nice campground. Toilets are kept clean (although lots of flies during the day). Showers were clean, note that hot water runs out fairly quickly. Dump station area was also clean. Potable well water is available around the campground. Campground hosts were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 24 travel trailer. Many of the campsites can accommodate long RVs. We will stay there again.

The staff was great getting us checked in. The campground facilities were clean. The spaces are set 100 feet or more apart and the entire park was beautiful. With the lakes across the street, it's a great place for families and everyone else. No cell service in the campground.

This is a well kept campground with good amenities when COVID-19 restrictions are not in place. Some of the sites are close together, but there is a lot of wilderness to the west. The main road into Greer runs close by, but the traffic is not too bad, so road noise is limited. Near three lakes for recreation. Close enough to Greer for supplies or even a meal at a restaurant!

The camp host David and his wife were great hosts!!!!Hoyer campground is "centrally" located to enjoy the great outdoors (Pine Trees, Rivers, Lakes, Hiking Trails, etc.)!
