As usual, the hosts keep the campground clean and quiet. We visit at least twice a year and will continue to do so.

We camped four days here. We came in after the office had closed, but found our site easily, reservation sign on the post confirmed it. Nice big wide open spaces. My neighbors at home are closer than here. Vault toilets were cleaned daily and the showers were very nicely maintained. Other campers were kind of messy in there but that’s not the campgrounds fault. It is camping after all! Camp host called to confirm we were in our site the next day, but no biggie, quick easy run up to the front and we got our parking tags. Very near great fishing, boating and several hikes, one right out of the back of the campground. Will for sure go back again!! A few sites that are listed as mini sites are pretty small, so double check if you’re trying to put two rigs on one site. But tents and a teardrop camper worked just fine for us! Room for days.

Been to CP many times over the years and love it there. Staff is very friendly, campsites very clean as well as the outhouses and low stink. Making yet another trip in October there. Campground for the most part is quiet. Love the late afternoon early evening storms that roll in. Rain does not leave the campsite muddy at all. Bathrooms and showers always a plus. Supply water and dump stations as well.

This is a wonderful campground! The hosts are so friendly. The campsites are very clean and so are the restrooms and showers.

A beautiful family campground in the cool pines. Our group of RV's, trailers and tents enjoyed the relaxing area and children enjoyed the junior ranger programs. It was a bit disconcerting when foil balls opened at the picnic table during dinner weren't food. They were treasure troves of rodent bones mined from owl pellets. We all had a great time and will return. Tent campers only complaints were that restrooms were distant for younger children to use after hours. We will select our spot nearer to restrooms next time so the campground will be perfect for everyone.
