Host are always willing to help with what ever you're need. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean, camp site clean. Dump Station and water are a plus. Spacious sites. Just love it here.

We loved our time at Canyon Point in mini group site 001. We didnt understand the pricing on the mini group sites so we spent much more money than expected but the sight itself was great. Its a short walk to the showers and trash dumpsters. The lakes are close by for fishing and hiking and also to the rim road. Be ware that the sight has one thirty amp outlet. It also has a 110 outlet in the same box but you may need an extension cord to reach the box past another RV. Or plug into the RV.

One of our favorite campgrounds in Arizona. Beautiful area with many hiking trails and two lakes really close. Campground was clean and being able to take a hot shower everyday is a huge plus. We were in the loop with electrical power which made running all our gadgets really easy.

Been coming here since I was a kid, area is beautiful, fishing close by lots of hiking. Camp hosts are usually friendly and helpful, this last trip host I delt with was not very welcoming and seemed to keep driving by and starring. All in all it was a good trip, prices for some of the "group" sites should be looked into spot was not really any bigger than a regular site but cost much more. I love the campground and will be going g back.

The site described as a group site with maximum of 4 vehicles (52 ft min) could barely accommodate 2 vehicles. It should be listed as a tent site. The price for 3 nights for 2 couples was $196. Though a Senior Pass holder, no discount was applied.

Hostess was very helpful and polite; showers and bathrooms were kept clean all the time we were there. shower curtain was installed, since the last trip, hand soap was provided for main bathrooms, everything was great (5 Stars)

The overall campground is lovely and very clean- however I beg of you to get a computer for your campground hosts so they are up to date on reservations. Also- you need to re-evaluate how you classify a group site! We had space 001 rated as a group site. It was tiny for our three trailers and we had to park one of our cars off site. There was no way to communicate with the camp hosts and ask questions so we had no way to verify the amount of space without driving all the way up there and just crossing our fingers! You have some great sites, and plenty that I would classify as group spots, but you need better descriptions on the reservation page and more pictures!

Showers were closed 2 of our 4 days without notice or on the website when we made our reservation. Showers were one of the factors in choosing this campground. Given I spent $400 to camp for 4 days I feel I got ripped off. Should have just camped in the woods and saved the money.

The site was awesome and our family had a great time. We booked a large site for our family. A quad site. My husband and I were greeted very warmly by the staff. Some of our other guests were not. We understand that all the changes due to COVID19 can be stressful, however, being rude is not acceptable. I am an essential worker as was many of our family members who came in. Nurses, police officers, military members etc. If you are working in a customer service type environment, you need to learn how to deal with all kinds of situations. My son and his wife were not treated very well and neither was our sister in law and brother in law. My son, who had two toddlers, were told they needed to park out on the road. They asked if they could drop their stuff and the babies off and go back to park on the street. They were told no. My husband and I walked up to help defuse the situation. So did two golf carts with other employees. Why couldnt a golf cart employee have been called to come up, follow them to drop off the kiddos and back up to park on the street if that was what needed to have happen ? They sure got there quickly. We were later told if we hadnt defused the situation, we would have been made to leave. We were told due to shower lines that the staff at been having a tough time with people yelling at them. My husband listened and was very agreeable to keep the peace because we know my daughter in law was most likely being difficult right back at the greeters. We are avid campers and always respectful. Our kids have been taught to leave the campground cleaner than they found it. I feel that if the entry employees cant handle certain situations in a respectful and empathetic way, they should do something else. Rudeness should never be your first go to when dealing with customers you are serving. Trying to find a reasonable solution is always better than being nasty to someone.
