Beautiful campground, with very nice hosts. Restrooms and campsites were clean and easily accessible. Given the continued dry conditions and number of current wildfires, I was surprised that there were no campfire restrictions. It really should be propane only. All in all a wonderful experience.

We have been camping here for over 30years! We have our own shower in our trailer but still love the convenience of their full showers with warm water and flushing toilets so we dont have to dump our trailer as often. This is a super safe campground with a surrounding fense to keep out bears, a check-in attendant at the entrance, and the higher fee keeps the campground nice and attracts friendlier, more serious vacationers in the woods. Perfect for glamping, RVs, and trailers with the electric hookup options.

The showers werent as clean as they usually are, they usually do a pretty good job keeping that area clean, but it wasnt this time. Other then that I love that campsite.

The hosts at Canyon Point Campground are always very friendly and helpful. They keep the bathrooms and showers very clean and it has been a pleasure staying there several times over the past several years. We will be back later this summer as well as next year.

Canyon point is at a high altitude and generally cool in the summer. It is a large campground and well run.

Beautiful area with cool lake just a couple miles away. Electric and fairly warm showers are nice amenities. It would be nice if the ranger shack was able to accept credit cards more reliably (card reader uses old fashioned internet over phone lines, so was not able to accept card when I arrived), but still a great spot! Will be back.
