Just so peaceful & clean. Very well spaced out and was such a more pleasant experience having electricity for the first time instead of having to run a generator.

Stayed on site #39- very spacious, wooded and secluded. Very nice staff at the front gate.

Love this park located near the Mogollon Rim. There are over 100 sites, about 35 are electric. No water or sewer at site but there is a dump station.
Each site is well spaced for privacy and you are surrounded by ponderosa pine and aspen. There is a picnic table and firepit at each site. The pads are paved and the roads are paved, so no dust. Very clean toilets and showers, cleaned many times daily. The location is great since you are only about 7 miles from the Rim Trail with great views of the Valley and about 10 miles from a great boating and fishing lake, Woods Canyon Lake. I usually make reservations 6 months in advance. Very difficult to get a site as a walkin and now the walkins are all non electric.
