We have camped here three years. This time we did not get a site with electric. Regardless, we had a great time with grand kids, friends and our dog. We missed the campfire. Than you for clean showers and bathrooms. Well be back!

Love the campground. Very well maintained and excellent to escape the valley heat.

We arrived at 3:30 am and waited until the office to open to find that our reservation was taken by another family. Double booked or given away not sure exactly which of the two. We were lucky to be placed in the last available site (someone left early). The hosts were nice but this ruined our two day getaway.

We have stayed at Canyon Point many times and have always had a good experience. It is always clean and peaceful. We love the location and proximity to willow springs lake along with woods canyon, FR 300 and other lakes. We love how nice and roomy the sites are along being so shady. Just wish there were more electric sites but our generator worked fine.

Spent a week at Canyon Point. Enjoyed the cooler weather and the two local hikes (sinkhole and escarpment). Having the showers open was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Campsites are far enough apart. Some campers do not respect the rules and run their industrial generators in the off hours, which is annoying.

Canyon Point is an excellent campground! Great facilities, including showers, and easy access to a large array of nearby recreational opportunities. I stayed in August, when Phoenix was 110+ and high temperatures at Canyon Point were in the 80s. Canyon Point is definitely on my list for best places to camp!

Excellent location, near the Rim and canyon lakes. Good facilities. Hot showers available is a plus for tent campers like us.
