Beautiful park sites were concrete and overlooking the ravines.

Deerlick campground is my favorite! Pros: beautiful place, beautiful sites, well-kept, campsites spaced well and placed so as to have a sense of privacy, a number of drive-through sites, services worked well. I can't speak to the bath house, as I did not use it. There are trails, too, and a paved bike/walking trail through the woods.

Campgrounds were very clean. A tornado had passed through the Campgrounds 2 weeks before we arrived. Alot of downed trees and damage to the pier. Hopefully they will be able to repair everything. Hard to see the water through the trees but the decks at the sites are awesome.

Paved .5 mile path was great. If you take a hiking trail beware of ticks!

What a great campground! We had a beautiful campsite with views of the water, and loved hiking and biking the trails in the park. As beautiful as the place is, what really stood out were the campground hosts and volunteer. While we were there 2 severe storms came through. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared. After the second storm, when a tornado passed through the campground, by time we were leaving the bathrooms the host on duty was already driving through the campground, making sure everyone was ok and assessing damages. We have stayed at a lot of campgrounds and this one really stood out because of the dedication of the people working there.

The upper sites are easily accessible, semi private, and cared for. The bath house is clean. Love the bike paths. However, this park needs sewer at the sites. Also the lower sites are inaccessible for most rvs. Finally, its difficult to access the fishing piers due to overgrown and washed out trails.
