A note to medium to large RVs: Select your site in either the Laurel Ridge or Tall Pines loop. The River Bluff loop has a hairpin turn to access sites 36 - 40. We have a 32' trailer and would not have been able to negotiate this turn. If you are in sites 23 - 33, you will need to turn your RV around in the small circle in front of sites 34 & 35. The circle was too small to turn around so we had to back into the hairpin turn to exit. This is a very beautiful park and the sites themselves are lovely. The lights at the bathroom are bright. We like the dark so we were glad that we were further away at site #29.

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for one night. We left knowing we need to re-visit the park for a longer stay to take advantages of the amenities to include hiking and boating. Our spot was quiet, clean and comfortable. If you are driving a motorhome, please be aware that it is tight to turn around, even for our 34' RV.

We LOVED this park, it was quiet and relaxing, the staff was friendly, and it was so beautiful. We'll definitely be back in the future and we will stay longer. Our fifthwheel is 35 ft long, we got in and out no problem.

This was our first time camping at Deerlick Creek Park. The campsite was really nice and clean. We camped in Site 29. The docks near site 29 need a little updating and the floor boards are a safety hazard in some spots but it was a very lovely experience to watch the sunset from it. The trail to the next dock was less travelled but a short little hike. The bike trail was very fun. My 11 yr old son really enjoyed it but we both didnt think it was wheelchair accessible. However, overall, very happy with our stay.

Wowza! Very nice campground. USACE campgrounds are always a few notches above state parks and this one is no exception. Plenty of space between campsites. Spacious sites. Beautiful setting. Plenty of trees. We enjoyed hiking on the paved trail through the woods. Friendly and helpful volunteer staff. We stayed here on our way to the Florida Panhandle and liked it so much that we stayed here for two nights on our return trip. We will be back.

Tent camped. Level site. Lots of room. Well shaded by tree canopy. Easy access to bath houses. Concrete pad and driveway had room for 21' tent, pick up truck, and sedan to fit. Clean sites and bath house. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Quiet and peaceful. Had such a good time that we booked 2 more trips.

Quiet, nice sized site. Noticeable slope and challenging to level a larger motorhome.
