Friendly staff large campsites with lots of room between you and your neighbors lots of shade clean restrooms will definitely go back

Five stars. We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this campground was. We stayed in site 20, and the renovations done on the sites (1-75) are awesome. Nice, flat, level concrete pads, clean picnic tables and lantern hangers at each site. There are some really nice pull-through sites right on the water as well. The kid's playground was in great shape, there's a volleyball net set up next to the main bathrooms and a picnic shelter as well. The shower stalls needed some repair, but aside from that everything was awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great place to rest your buns. Quiet venue. Very woodsy and lots of wildlife by the river. Place is well taken care of by the staff. Gets 5 stars in my book, very deserved.

This is an amazing campground. The sites are spaced out and concrete. There is water electric and sewer on the Cantoma side. The grounds were kept fairly well and the camp hosts were friendly.

Great facilities and campsites, but I wish the paper mill smell wasn't there. It ruined several mornings trying to sit outside with my coffee.

We enjoy the park so much. Always mowed, and clutter free. Not a bad site on the whole Catoma Loop. Very well maintained. The people at the front gate are always friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next trip. Thanks.

Greatcampground right on water. Very long concrete pads and large lots, so you can also park vehicle and boat along with camper. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.

Sites were great. Large, level sites with full hook ups, picnic table and fire ring. Convenient to Montgomery and Selma to go site seeing. A bit noisy on Fri. and Sat. Nights because of nearby racetrack, but ended by 11pm. Also airplane noise from nearby Air National Guard Base, but that is the sound of freedom and did not last long. Great price for sites, especially with discount from using National Park pass gives 50% off. Also we left 1 day early and they gave use refund for that.

The sites were large and well separated. Facilities were clean. Our site was listed as water and electric, but actually had full hookup. Nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again.
