Spacious campsites, easy access, 20 minutes from shops and restaurants in Prattville.

One of our favorite places. I have been camping here for about 45 years. As a child with my parents then as an adult with my children and now with our grandchildren!! Just wish the other loop had full hook ups too!

Very well maintained campground in a beautiful area. We were in the Catoma Loop on Lot 11. The site had full hookups and the concrete pad was level. Each campsite is nestled among the trees and there is lots of space between each campsite. Gunter Hill is now among our favorites and we shall return.

Really enjoyed the experience. Bath houses were clean. Parking slab's are level. Park is very well kept. The view of the Catoma river are beautiful!

Just an overnighter this time. Everything was very acceptable.

Very nice campground. Restrooms are standard, but have a fresh coat of paint which makes them look brand new (but they're definitely not). Great for letting kids ride bikes. Plenty of places to fish. Very quiet. Only real complaint was the cell service. I work full time and had a hard time using wifi data. Only COE campground we've been to that had full hookup---a REAL plus. Stayed in sites 10 & then 11 back to back.

This location with full hook ups is convenient to Montgomery and the museums. The sites are ample and well spaced. Children were enjoying the playground areas. The laundry was affordable and clean. I got to see an eagle catch a fish on the Alabama River. Staff and guests were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Nice campground near Montgomery, AL - easy to get to. Sites pretty close together, but a clean, quiet camping experience. We had site #11 with a river view. Lots of nice walks with the dog. Dark skies at night! We stayed 2 nights the week before Christmas, so not too many campers. We had full hookups, including sewer, at site, but absolutely no cell service with AT&T

Stayed on site 11 which while it doesn't have a "good" water view is an excellent spot. Park is quiet during the week. If you want a fire, you need to bring your own firewood.

Love this park! We were only there for one night, stayed in the Catoma Loop. Huge sites, concrete pads, full hookups, waterfront and half price with senior pass! What’s not to like?

This is a very nice campground we enjoy having lots of area around our campsite and having all three hook ups is great

We've now stayed at Gunter Hill Campground on 3 different occasions while traveling between Michigan and Florida. The campground is exactly the kind of campground we love .... large spacious sites, full hookups, "Outdoorsy" feel (as opposed an RV park vibe....). It's conveniently located with easy access from I-65. It's the perfect place to hole up for a night or two! Even better - with the Senior Pass - it's just $15.00 per night. What's not to love?

Great place to stay. Enjoyed the private feeling, friendly neighbors and Fred the Alligator.
