This is a great campground. Close to downtown Hot Springs. Great trail nearby. Hot showers were wonderful.

Gunter Hill is a great campground. We have stayed there three times in the same site. It is a perfect stopover for our longer trips to Florida. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and the campground is quiet and peaceful. Our stays were during non-peak season though.

Was a very good place to stay . We did loose power but they were all good people and worked hard to make sure we were safe

Gunter Hill is a beautiful very well kept campground. The campsites are spaced nicely apart. We were in the Catoma section, we enjoyed have FHU and the nice and level cement driveway. I can't comment on the shower houses because we didn't use them. Next time we will reserve earlier in order to get a site with a water view :) The Camp Hosts were great!

Excellent easy access sites a beautiful camp, we spend 2 weeks on our way South and again on our way North. I wish we had COE parks in Northern Michigan.

This was by far the most peaceful, relaxing campground I have been to. The sites are not crammed up close to each other. Each site on Catoma is huge with concrete pads. Grounds were well maintained. Easy access to the River for whatever you would like to do. Cant wait to return in the fall.

Only thing I recommend is since the other side is closed for remodwhich I completely understand the new side needs a basketball court or atleast have access to the other side court. We always stay at Gunterhill and we was limited to what our kids could do this trip. We couldnt play kickball,wiggle ball or even basketball. We truly enjoyed our week just hate we was very limited to what we could do.

Love camping at Gunter Hill. The sites are spacious, flat and easy to back in to. Campground is great for walking, hiking, riding bikes. It is great for kids.

Sites are well spaced, bathrooms are clean and it was nice to have laundry on site. You will be far from any real groceries so stock up before you arrive.

The camp road (near site C - 74) is very difficult to navigate due to extreme "ruts" of nearly 12 inches where blacktop has sunk.

This was our second visit to Gunter Hill. Nice campground when staying in the Montgomery area. Sites are well spaced for privacy.

I work near by and have been working a lot of overtime .... Gunter Hill allows me to have the convienece of being close by so I do not have to drive after night shift . It is a quiet and respectfull place as well as beautiful and well maintained...

We love Gunter Hill ! Our grandchildren go with us and love to ride their bikes and play at the playground. Very relaxing atmosphere and everyone is always willing to help out each other and look out for their neighbors.

Overall it was an awesome campground. Had a great time with family and friends during our stay. We love the separation from each campsite as it gave privacy. Looking forward to returning in September to celebrate another music festival at the campground. The staff was helpful and provided excellent service.

Difficult to run more than one electrical device at one time due to low voltage ---- plugged into 50 amp outlet. one air conditioner -- no hot water heater, coffee maker, hot water heater or any other device while one A/C was operating. Otherwise nice campground and great people working there.
