Wonderful campground. Beautiful scenery. Fantastic campground attendants! The only downside was the late night / early morning sulfur smells from the paper mill. We would definitely come here again!!

Super helpful staff at the gate; clean sites; well maintained. Would definitely return when we have more time to enjoy the cg and lake.

The campground sites/areas should be better marked with signage designating which sites are in a given area of the camp sites.

The campsites are amazing. Full hook ups and concrete pad with some great views. The deck at the back of the campsite is a great place for a sunset. The only drawbacks for us was the bath houses need attention.

Catoma Loop sites are awesome. The sites along the water are the prettiest weve seen. The sites are widely spaced for privacy. There are many pull through sites.

We were welcomed by such a friendly gentleman and when we got to our site is was clean and the leaves had been blown off! The campground is kept clean and well maintained.

Awesome park with wide spaces between sites. Nice on the water. Great to have a laundry on site too.

It is always a pleasure to visit Gunter Hill. It is our very favorite campground - even over Wind Creek State Park. It is always clean, including the bathhouse and laundry room. Thank you, staff and volunteers, for all your good work.

This has been on our short list for a long time now as is true with most COE Parks. We love water and we love larger camp spots and the park always seems very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend! Book ahead as these parks fill up quickly

Only scheduled one night as we were travelling through; shoulda gone for 2-3...! Great site, quiet and peaceful. Only issue was this was supposed to be a pull-through but it wasn't. Inconvenient disconnecting both car and dolly for one night, but we survived...

Park is beautiful , people friendly and helpful . My problem was not being able to stay as I wanted . I originally could not get a reservation on one lot for as long as I wanted to stay , after moving two times , I had to leave the park for a night . I decided just to come home

Beautiful Campground. We had a great site on the river, beautiful. The manager at the offie was super nice, polite,he was great! We have this park on our list to return to.

Great campground! Sites along water were very pretty and spacious. Did not use bathhouse so can't say how they were and was disappointed that there were no hiking trails.

Staff were remarkable at the camp store. Site had beautiful view of the lake and trails were quiet and just right challenge for us for us. We stayed two weeks and the weekends were FULL with little to no privacy as a lot of folks did not respect campground neighbors by staying out of other people's site or picking up after their dogs. NOT the park's fault and overall a great place to stay.

I really enjoyed this park. Lots of shade and easy access to the water. Bathrooms were clean and covid protocol was in place.
