Great interaction with reservations, beautifull loction, however, our visit this time had two moves to three sites. All three sites had issues with the electrical towers that were in need of repairs. Where is the maintenance.

The staff is outstanding. Always willing to help. Facilities and sites are well maintained. I would like to see wi-fi at the site. Phone reception is spotty.

This is a very nice campground. We would come back. My only complaint is that the ground by our water, and power poles was soggy and muddy. It was under water in fact. Not sure what was going on as it was not obvious where the water was coming from.

Nice park, with full hook ups. Close enough to Montgomery to do the sites.

From the time that we pulled up to the sign in gate to the time we had to leave everyone that works there are so friendly! The campground is very well kept and you can tell that the workers there take pride in their work. The ladies riding around in the golf carts take the time to stop by to just talk and ask how we're enjoying our stay and to please let them know if they can help make our stay better. We've stayed at several COE campgrounds and we like this one the best.

Wonderful sites in the woods. Easy access and set up. Wish there was more than one washer for the entire campground.

Gunter Hill is a great RV experience. The sites are nicely laid out, well separated and very level. The only negative is that many sites collect pooled water in rainy times. There are many attractions and good restaurants nearby as well. I've been several times and expect to return.

Lots of trees and sites are spread out. The site was level and an easy pull-through.

The pull through sites are curved too sharp. Cannot pull in without dropping off the pavement into the mud.

The Catoma campground is the best with paved sites, several pull throughs, 50 amp electric and water and sewer. It is really woodsy which is nice but during our last stay a dead limb fell from a tree and landed on our motorhome roof punching three holes in the fiberglass. Scared the hell out us as it sounded like someone was firing a shotgun. Other than that, a really nice COE campground that we stop at when traveling through Montgomery.

Have stayed at this park multiple times, and it is a fantastic COE facility. Half the sites are FHU and most all all very spacious. Even has laundry facilities if needed. Not far from Montgomery with lots of interesting history to pursue if inclined. Great hosts.
Will definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Catoma loop in site 72. Overall this is a great campground. The sites in Catoma loop are all large and well spaced out, some are very large. Sites are concrete with a patio and are mostly offset to give a little privacy. Many are pull through but the back in sites are all angled so anything is pretty easy to access. The campground is away from town so itโ€™s fairly quiet with a couple exceptions. There is a boat launch in the campground so expect some boat noise. You will also hear F16s from time to time as there is a nearby Air National Guard base. Also the park is next to a racetrack. There were no races when we were there but we could hear someone taking some hot practice laps. We recommend checking out nearby historic Prattville, nice little downtown with a park and river walk. There is a short hike through a Bamboo Forest in a local park there also. We also had a great time visiting the historic sites in Montgomery. There is a Dollar General and a small mom and pop store near the entrance for basic supplies. The small store (Butcher Market) also sells beer, wine and firewood. East on Selma road a couple miles an older couple sells fresh produce, honey and firewood from their yard. For a super market be prepared to drive 15-20 minutes.
