My site was in Antioch Loop, sorely in need of maintenance. The loop road is badly pot-holed, lumpy gravel pads, and bathhouse grungy. Catoma Loop is far superior with good road, paved pads, FHU, and one updated bathhouse. I had hoped to hike, but the 3.5 mile trail has been closed for some time due to bridges being out. Disappointing. Verizon signal good and dozens of OTA tv stations.

Although this is the only Army Corp of Engineers campgrounds we have visited, we love it here. It is so peaceful and serene.

We enjoyed our stay at Gunter Hill. The sites in the Antioch section are a little tight for larger RVs (35+ foot) but we managed. They could use a little trimming up but they're still good. The Catoma section is extremely nice! Concrete pads for your RV, nice shaded spacious sites, plenty of room to back or pull in, great landscaping, nice grass for your animals to roam, a lot of them had waterfront views. Next time we will try for a site in the Catoma area. If the Antioch area was revamped to be like the Catoma area this campground would be magnificent! Good boat ramp (although we didn't use it). Playground for the kids and a nice bath house.

The facilities building is in need of updates and repairs. The Laundry room was closed and Not available. The shower house was very nasty and smelly.

I love this campground. It has mostly usable cell service with ATT to watch TV on my tablet. The facilities building is in desperate need of updates and repairs. It's sad to see such a beautiful place in such dire need of basic maintenance and repairs. If you have a shower inside your RV then everything is good here. The laundry room is closed and not available.

Two different campgrounds. Really try to get the most northern section. The northern section has all full hook ups with paved sites. The southern section is undeveloped washed out gravel sites with power and low water pressure. Both are nice quiet areas.

The bathrooms were older, but they served their purpose. The campground was clean and the boat launch was easily accessible. I really enjoyed the rustic side of the AntiLoop. The other side was more like an RV park. We will definitely be back!

The roads and site were in very poor condition. Bathrooms were a mess. Dirty with waste overflowing in cans. Facilities dirty. Campground was quiet and site was large enough to accommodate our MH with tow vehicle. We were not familiar with campground and disappointed that the Anti sites were so uncared for.
