Weve stayed at Gunter Hill several times before and while the campsites are very nice, level and spacious, we were very disappointed this time with the condition of the laundry facilities and the whole shower house building. A lot of maintenance and care needed. Our automatic transfer switch burned out and shorted while we were there and were wondering if it was due to something with the power source at the campsite, #64. The staff we encountered were very pleasant.

My wife and I have enjoyed camping on site 64. When the sun comes up in the morning, it comes in the front window and the side windows in the afternoon. During January's cooler weather it helps warm up the RV. Also, the trail is a great place to walk and enjoy God's creation.

Private, quiet, spacious site. Easy to park fifth wheel and plenty of room to unhitch and park the truck. Loved site 64 and would stay at this campground when in the area.

Campgrounds are beautiful. Site were clean and attractive. The host was very friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very good campground and for the most part well taken care of. They are gonna have to go some road work in the near future and the restrooms will need work in the coming years. Having said that this is one of my favorite campground very quiet and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. My family stays there 4-5 timers a year.

We had a nice stay here. We had a minor emergency back in Missouri and had to leave early but we hope to come back someday and will chose the same site.

We camp at Gunter Hill COE campground several times a year. The reservation process is simple. The staff are very polite and accommodating. Some of the streets seem to be caving in a bit and that probably needs to be addressed soon.

Very nice campground. Our site was very close to our neighbors, but we got to meet them and enjoyed talking with them. The sites were clean and also the bathrooms, although they need to be updated. We had a very peaceful time at Gunters Hill. We left a day early because of weather and our rig problems.

We had a wonderful time, great bike riding. Bathhouses are clean. The lot was gorgeous, plenty of shade and level. I love the Spanish moss.

Very relaxing environment. Private shower space was clean and felt safe. We are new at this so having space to move around was fun!
