Clean convenient bathhouse. Just an overnight, but beautiful camp spot.

Very nice park, great shade, quiet, full hookups sites 1-75. Can't beat the price. Will stop here again if in the area.

Beautiful campground - our site #28 was next to the water and gorgeous. Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back and have a longer stay in the future.

Beautiful park and great staff. The campsites have concrete leveled sites and 50 amps. It's about 10 miles west of Montgomery, Alabama's state capital. If you go into downtown, definitely dine at Dreamland's new restaurant building downtown by the stadium. Their BBQ is the best!

Very nice campground. There was some confusion when I arrived. Someone else was on our site and checked in under our name. Once the error was figured out we were given another site and all was well

Beautiful setting! Sites are level and arranged very well. Restrooms, showers and laundry were clean.

First time visitors. Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the campground is beautiful. Our site was plenty long enough for our motorhome and our towed vehicle. We only stayed one night on our way home from FL, but already have plans to return. Convenient access to I65 makes this park a perfect stopover!

Campground was very nice!! Basically all spaces were shaded. Bathrooms could use some upgrades, power/lights kept going on and off leaving me in complete darkness.Would definitely stay here again!

All in all a great time the biggest drawback is people who continue to let their dog run loose or on super long retractable leashes and letting them roam into other campers sites to do their business.

Beautiful campground. We love COE campgrounds, but this one tops the list of favorite campgrounds. I understand that there’s another section that hasn’t been updated, but the loop we stayed at was great with some of the longest sites I’ve seen at a campground.

I truly enjoy the trips my family and friends take to beautiful Gunter Hill campgrounds. The camp help staff are very pleasant, helpful and responsive to campers. However this trip the camp had not been kept to its normal standards of the mowing and edging of campsites. The campsites appeared to have been neglected this spring, being overgrown with grass, weeds, and bushes knee high and lots of poison oak plants seemingly everywhere. I request here and now for some attention to the management of this problem. I am scheduled to be camping a week in each of the next three months in these same campsites. Thank you for this wonderful facility, it is a treasure.
