Gunter Hill Campground was very well maintained. The sites were concrete and spacious with privacy in between sites. We enjoyed our stay and will plan to come back.

The camp hosts were phenomenal. Helpful and fun! The bath house was clean and smelled clean. The supplies at the bathhouse were always available. I will be back just as soon as I can possibly make it.

I love, love, LOVE Gunter Hill. I love the spacious campsites and having one right on the water was phenomenal. The hosts were so nice and helpful. The bath house was clean. I could go on and on. I think Gunter Hill is now my favorite Alabama campground.

First camping trip that my sister and I have been on since we were kids. We had the best time!! Gunter Hill was great!!! Didnt disappoint. We are looking at another trip in the fall.

Gunter Hill is a very special, and a wonderful park which I like very much. I look forward to returning when we can. I was disappointed that we had to leave early because of a power outage in the park that was no ones fault.

This is a great park. We arrived after heavy rains so there was a lot of standing water on some sites and the rivers were very muddy, but Id like to come back another time and take advantage of paddling opportunities. The sites are very long and ours was level. We were at least one 25 yards from neighbors (site 5, Catoma) and from the water. Plenty of space for rug and chairs. Fire ring on site. If you need wifi this isnt the place for you, unless you can provide your own. Employees were very friendly, bathrooms were clean. There are washers and dryers. Nice place to walk, ride bikes, go boating.

Beautiful campground! Site 5 is directly across from boat ramp, and has good access to the water to keep a boat at your site. FHU is a plus!!

Gunter Hill to a beautiful! The sites are private and clean. And its a great place for walking! We love it and stay each time we head south from Michigan.

Really well done .. Only recommendation I would make is on future campgrounds I would reverse the angle of the driveways as it is way easier to back into a site from a drivers side.

A fabulous 2 week stay with everything we needed to unwind from travel and rest up for the upcoming holiday. This place is a real gem and we are planning to return next year. Not a bad site in the whole area.

Great camping, clean grounds & bath houses. Camping spots are spaced far apart. Great walking and biking around camping areas. Montgomery Speedway adjacent and enjoyed racing Saturday night while there. Highly recommend this park. Dollar General also adjacent for supplies

Beautiful campground. It is very nice to have full hookup. The camp sites are always clean and quiet! There is a lot of space between sites, which gives lots of privacy. However, the bathrooms and laundry could be kept cleaner.

Great place to go camping so relaxing, everyone so nice. We love the big lots can have neighbors still have your privacy too. Facilities are very clean. We have been here several times now we love this place. It beautiful can enjoy fishing, bike riding, or just relaxing.

We love this place been here couple times already booked to go back soon it so very clean everyone is so friendly. Its very family oriented and dont even need to leave go anywhere we just relax and enjoy the serenity and cook out and sit around fire pit at night.

Excellent camp ground. Love the big spots. The only problem I saw was people not picking up after their dogs & letting them on your reserved camp site.
