Very clean, big pull through site. Did not use any of the facilities as this was an overnight stay.

The campground was good. We stayed in the Catoma loop and enjoyed a really large level site. The campground and bathhouses havent been well maintained and could use updating. We launched our kayaks from the boat launch which required driving around to the other loop (which was closed). Unfortunately, we couldnt find anywhere good to launch closer to our campsite. There are only a couple sites in the Catoma loop where you can access the water from your campsite. Campsite 27 looked like it had the best pathway to the water. We noticed some campsites in the other loop that had stairs down to the water. The main trail has a bridge that is out, so you cant go very far before you have to turn around. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but wish the facilities got some updating and the bridge was fixed.

Love it love it. I only wish the campground was closer to home. But is a great halfway point to spend the night for us going to and from Florida. The pull through site was HUGE and very convenient.

I compare all campgrounds to Gunter Hill! Still my favorite and the pavilion for our church group use was terrific!

This is a lovely campground. The sites are spacious and level with full hookups. There were no low hanging branches for taller RVs. Very quiet and peaceful with Spanish moss on the deciduous trees. I highly recommend this campground and you can't beat the price.

Barry was extremely helpful. I made a reservation for a back in site when I needed a pull through site for one nite. Barry changed my reservation in a very professional manner. Gunter Hill is a great park.

The COE campground on the Catoma side was very nice with spacious sites, hookups and beautiful views. We met some great people, too. We would definitely return to this campground since we enjoyed the area and the company.

We stayed in a pull thru site (#53) at Gunter Hill. It was easy to park and set up because of the way it was layed out. The site was very clean and welcoming. Firepit and grill was even cleared of ashes and ready to build a fire. We have stayed here several times and have claimed it as our favorite. Attendants are always friendly and helpful. Thank you COE for making camping a great experience.

Great campground with full hook ups on the Catoma Loop. Nice roads in the campground and nice concrete pads for your camper. Our site was a pull through so it was easy to get lined up with the utilities to connect to our camper. Site 53 is in full sun.
