Love this place, staff are very friendly. Very clean and beautiful campsite, and nearby stores for food and groceries.

This is the most beautiful park we have stayed in. The sites are mostly shady, level and well spaced. There is good signage from the interstate. There was decent cell This is the prettiest park we have stayed in. The sites are shady, hard surfaced, and level. There is a nice gravel pad for sitting or tent site. Many sites are right on the water which provides a nice breeze. You cross the Black Warrior River Bridge the park road is on the right. As soon as you turn right you have to turn left, but there is a good wide space for turning. The town of Eutaw has a Dollar General, Family Dollar and an adequate Piggly Wiggley. There are also 3 gas stations all are within mile of each other. The Shell station sells diesel as well as regular gas. There are a few OTA channels, Verizon coverage was good. If you depend on satellite the trees may give you trouble finding a sunny spot. There is a small playground. The park is big rig friendly with wide interior roads and few obstacles.coverage and OTA channels. Therew was a small play ground, a boat ramp and fish cleaning area.

This is a very nice campground. Spacious sites and well kept. Great views of the river/lake. If you kayak, there are real nice kayak trails off to the left before you get to the main river channel. Turn left at the large brown house with impeccable yard across from the boat ramp. Fun campground for leisure biking (although small with only two loops). If you like to fish, this is the place.
They lock the gates from 10:00 pm until 6:00 am, which is ok, because there's nowhere else to go. You won't have people driving through the campground all night long looking for a spot.
