We love Foscue Park!! The host and Rangers are so professional and friendly. We visit as often as we can.

I lucked out getting the best site in the campground as stayed just one night at #52 reserving it the day prior to arrival. I enjoyed a wonderful sunset over the lake/river from the campsite's deck. That night a barge came up the river which was an extra special treat.In the morning of my arrival the campground host gave me a courtesy call letting me know my campsite was ready for me if I wanted to check in early. Upon checking in, they were very courteous offering their assistance if needed.The shower/restroom was well maintained as easily walked to.There is a convenient/close by Walmart for any shopping needs before or during your stay.The only negative was night time sounds of the adjacent Plastic fabrication company.

Finally after 3 years of trying we were able to stay on site 52 and it did not disappoint us. The shade was great with how hot it was and the river view is grade A. There was a lot of barge traffic.

Always a great experience in this park. The best trail system of any parks we've been to. Gate folks are always friendly and helpful. Sites are clean upon arrival.

Foscue Creek is consistently the favorite campground among the members of our camping club. We hold a camping event there at least twice a year every year and always look forward to the friendly camp hosts, the clean, well equipped sites and facilities. We will definitely be returning at every opportunity!

Camp hosts are fantastic. Sites were clean and ready for us when we arrived. We had a camping group of 8 camping families and they all had a great time.

Staff is super nice and helpful at all times of the day. Bathrooms and showers were clean. RV site was plants big for us. We loved our site on the river.

My wife and I look for an actual campground in our travels. Unfortunately that has been hard to find. With that we are looking for a campsite that is NOT in the style of a KOA Campground. Sites jammed extremely close together. Artificial lighting so bright they block your view of the stars. At Foscue Creek the campground had very little artificial light but the day use area has very bright lighting that bleeds over to the campground. Most of the campsites have adequate space between them. Site 52 has a great view of the river and was level for us. The site pads could be a little wider allowing room for your steps so you arent stepping out of your rig onto a non-paved surface. We also appreciate that the site was full hookups. Its always nice to receive a good senior discount. We did appreciate the camp host calling us to let us know our site was ready and we could check in early. There was severe weather expected and we were able to check in and setup before the storm arrived. It is always appreciated when there is laundry within the campground, unfortunately this location does not have a laundry.

Best place ever to us. We have made life long friendships there. The volunteers there are precious people. We will be back next month to camp.Most of us wish there was a ice machine there but no complaints whatsoever.

Each site is meticulously cleaned and raked prior to arrival including the fire pit. The staff are very friendly and the courtesy call to let you know that your site is available is awesome. Be sure and visit nearby Spillway Falls Park to see Bigfoot and other awesome wood carvings.

Great rv park maybe the best we have ever been to also. Ranger Ann and all the host are all 5 stars ! If you have not come to Foscue you really need to put it on your list to visit. Also spend some time in the town looking at all the history.

Beautiful very clean, week taken care of park. Staff was very nice and helpful and do an excellent job preparing sites for visitors. Site 52 has a deck overlooking the river. Wi-Fi and tv reception was not very good.

This is one of the nicest well kept COE we visit. They go beyond the call of duty by calling you the moment your site becomes available. It is neat and orderly. When you checkout you can see one of the host with a leaf blower cleaning you spot before you get to the gatehouse. The host in the gatehouse is standing outside as you pull up. As they collect your pass the ask how was your stay. This has been contestant over 3 years of our visits. We visit about 4 times a year to Foscue because of the host. This should be a model for other COEs.

Beautiful campground and the host was awesome. She even called me to let me know my site was ready. They make sure each site is clean prior to your arrival, great place to camp.

Beautiful park, immaculately clean, staff and volunteers are friendly, courteous, and efficient. The ranger led tour of the lock and dam was especially well done - we saw several barges lock through and received a first class explanation of the importance of water transportation to the economy!
