We love Foscue. The park host are so nice. It is clean and quiet. we had and excellent site. we will be back in Oct at the same site.

Another successful trip. We go twice a year for fishing and Foscue is a perfect spot.

Nice corps park and campground. Lots of roads & trails to walk or ride bikes. We could launch our kayaks beside our campsite. The paddle up Foscue Creek was beautiful!

Everything in your control was great. There was one light across in the day use area I would have liked to shoot out (glaring pink color)

Nice large sites and the grounds and bathrooms very clean. There is some train noise occasionally but not bad. Also got an occasional odor from a plant or paper mill that must be somewhere nearby. The staff there is very friendly and helpful and does a great job keeping the park and facilities clean.

We had a great time Memorial Day weekend at Foscue. We met a lot of really nice folks from numerous places in the southeast. The park ranger, the host, and all the volunteers were exceptionally nice, courteous, and very helpful. I can’t speak for anyone else but the group we were camping with all agreed Foscue is one of the cleanest and best kept parks we have ever camped in. Keep up the good work folks, we will see ya again soon.

I really like to go down river a bit to the spillway park and walk around the great well maintained trails there. The park is real close to town. The little chinese restaurant by the walmart has a good plate lunch as well as the vowells market.

We stay in many state parks & .gov campgrounds all across America and for this area Foscue Creek is the best place to camp, it has some of the cleanest bath/shower houses, the park is always cleaned up of branches & leaves, the walking trails are awesome, the Hosts are very friendly and our overall experience is so delightful that we will come to Foscue only, everytime we are in the area visiting our son and his family, we left here and went to Okla to see family and stayed at a state ran campgrounds there and Foscue out did them hands down in every category, if you are in the area stay at Foscue because you won't be disappointed, we have a favorite lot# we stay at everytime we come in but I'll keep that to ourselves,, hee hee hee,, thanks kids

Everything was excellent as far as the camp ground goes. The only complaint I have is the gate closing rule. My family came down to hunt on the army Corp of engineer land and we could not get out of the campground until 6am. They should have a lift gate or something to allow people to at least leave. I also feel it could be a safety issue. However everything else was wonderful

The facility is well-maintained and clean. The campsites are large and spaced a decent distance from neighboring sites. The folks running the facility are extremely friendly and helpful. I'd stay again just to see them.

We came down from North central Ohio to see our son and his family, the hotels in the area didn't have good reviews so we brought our van down and decided to stay here, may I say we were very impressed, the lake, the walking trails, the playground, the scenery, the clean bathrooms n showers and the very friendly staff, we only stayed 4 days but wished we could've stayed longer, so I took a Drone video of the entire campground from about 40 meters up and it looks amazing, this campground will be our forever place to stay whenever we come down. We stay at 7 to 8 campgrounds a year and this is tops on our list. We are not a fan of this city and some of its rude residents, which makes this campground experience like a diamond in a rough.
