We stayed in site 22 and most of the view was blocked by trees. The site was very clean, the pad area was raked and ready for us upon our arrival. The restrooms and showers are very, very clean. The lawn is kelp cut and trimmed. The host is so nice and helpful. They checked us in and took us to our site. The host ask if we needed any help with anything. I have never had such nice host at any other COE campground or private campground offer to help us if needed. The campground is full hookup. Most sites are on the water and what is not directly on the water have a water view. There are play grounds for children and areas to walk. There is a large day use area on the water also. The campground has excellent starlink reception and Verizon is good. This campground truly the best.

We had trouble with the online app checking in, but once we got past that, everything was very nice. The campground was clean and very user friendly. The campground host and her husband was very accommodating.

Second visit to Foscue Creek and it was again an exceptional trip. Staff is always nice and welcoming. We enjoyed going to the Christmas events in downtown Demopolis. Definitely planning another trip in June!

The park hosts are very friendly and helpful. The sites are level and spacious. Love that there are full hookup sites. When it’s quiet time it is truly quiet time. Love the fact this is an open year round campground. Definitely a come back to regularly.

This is an amazing park well built with great space, clean and well kept!

It is sad tho that one of the host couples are SO negative and obviously not happy here or with people. Drives around in the golf cart (police vehicle) with such a grimace and anger. It makes my heart hurt to see people spread that kind of energy, especially in such a beautiful place.
One other thing, the firewood is GROSSLY over priced and does not burn.

This is an excellent campground! First one ever to to be perfectly level! Great place to relax and get away from busy lives. The trails are great as well. We will be back!

I stayed at Foscue because I had an event to attend for the weekend & needed somewhere to stay. I had stay there a few years back & remembered it to be a nice place and pet friendly, so I invited my 7 yr old niece to come so she can have one last fun weekend before school starts on Tuesday. When I checked in the lady says, enjoy your stay......Well, my event was from 5-10pm Fri & Sat night.....I arrived back to the gate at Foscue around 10:20pm, the gate was locked! Why would they lock the gates and not inform me of this! My 2 very large dogs were locked in my camper & needed to be let out....The phone just rang busy for about 10 minutes, my niece is freaking out because she doesn't understand why we are locked out of the campground...I was so upset, I couldn't think straight! We drove around for a bit, looking for a hotel, when I remembered there was a vehicle parked outside the gate. That's when I decided we would just park outside & walk in....I am a retired disabled Veteran, I wasn't sure if I could even walk that far, but, I knew I needed to get to my pets in the camper....It took us about 35 minutes to walk to the camper....Thankfully, the next morning I was able to flag down the man that was on duty that day to give me a lift back to my vehicle that was outside the gate...I should have been told that the gates lock at 10pm! On the mirror hanger for your campsite spot, on the back was a picture of a lifejacket, there was a faded stamp on top of the lifejacket pic that you couldn't really see that says, remember gates lock at 10pm....who reads the back of those hangers???!!!!! Maybe, the ink on the stamp should be red or something to make it stand out! So, that is why I give a low rating, because of the incompetent lady that was on duty when I checked in! Otherwise, the park was nice!

The campground was very clean and quiet. The park host was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule since we were there for work for the weekend. Our campsite was amazing!!!
