This was the hardest place to leave. So beautiful. Amazing water view. Super super nice hosts. Met lots of other campers we now call friends. Good clean shower house and laundry facilities . Cannot wait to visit again.

We loved this COE CG for its beauty and quiet and a lit of water surrounding the cg. There were great sites on the water as well as close by. We loved our nightly strolls here and it had awesome sunset viewing. Docks are available to fish from which were utilized by many. Some drawbacks however. We were here in November and were in a site under a hickory nut tree. The noise from them falling all night on our trailer was awful and seemed damaging as they were the size of a tangerine. Because the CG does not have sewer, we used the bath house. The showers walls were gross and the area for showers was in great need of update and upkeep. Showers had just a flimsy shower curtain that only covered half the stall. No privacy. I bought my own curtain and hung it. I did not feel safe in the shower here because of the curtain and no door with lock at shower. We stay at a lot of COE CG's and have not had this maintenance situation previously.

The hostess at check in were not as friendly as we are used too. Stayed here many times and love this park. Can we please find a way to get full hook ups like Gunterhill.

Campground was great. Been there several times. Had bad experience on site 30. A 7foot limb feel about 30 to 40 feet and went through the roof of my 2012 34 foot eagle. Broke two rafters and ceiling. Another 6 foot limb hit also tore roof.

SITE MAP IS WRONG!!! Our reservation was made 6 months early and when we arrived we found out that site 30 is NOT on the water as shown. We were very disappointed. We could hardly see the water from where they moved site 30 - across the road from the water. Be aware - site 30 is not where the site map shows it!!! It is inside the loop close to site 54. This needs to be corrected!!!! Campers depend on the site map numbers.

Reservation alert!!!! Site #30 is shown in wrong place on the PC site map. It is NOT on the water!! Site 30 has been moved across the road, inside the loop. You can hardly see any water. We were very disappointed and depended on the map when making our reservations 6 months earlier. This needs to be corrected on the PC site map ASAP!

First time to stay at Prairie Creek and loved it. It was right after Christmas so there were no leaves on the trees. Cant wait to get back in the spring/summer and see it all green and shady! Love the water views.
