Site 32...love this site as it offers great views of the lake and fishing right behind the sites.

Very easy and pleasant check-in, clean bathrooms and very clean sites. Quiet when we were there. One item, no campfire wood was sold there and nearest town is 15 or so minutes. Not much around so plan ahead if you need groceries, etc.

Campground was clean. Some dogs were not on a leash. Dogs at the site next to us barked every time someone moved or a car went by.

We were on site 32 and it is a beautiful site as it backs up to the water. The sites are all large and mostly private. However, we have notice on the last few visits that the tent pads and parking pads need to be blown off and the fire pits are full of ashes. We now bring a blower and shovel with us. Office staff is courteous and helpful. They also patrol the campground making sure the rules are followed.

All the uncontrolled dogs that barked all the time . It seems to get worse everytime we camp . To many dogs on campsites . Two plus dogs , when one barks they all bark and bark . We have dogs also , but they mind and hush , most In these parks dont . I suppose they are ust to it . Dont like getting woke up to dogs barking every morning before 7 am .

Nice park, manicured. Stayed during the week, so practically nobody there, especially in the circle we were in. Had a problem and the ranger was extremely helpful in solving it for us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Might help to list the laundry in the park amenities.

HC is our favorite campground. Have been staying here several times a year for past 10 years. Well maintained, except grass is being allowed to grow higher this year before cutting, but still a great place to stay. Sites are good size and many have access to the water. Managers are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Awesome stay, great grounds keeping and the host's were super nice.
