Nice quiet campground with wonderful water sites. Site was mostly level with 50 amp service. Extra parking was available. We camped here in a 49 ft fifth wheel with no problem getting in our site.

We were on site 53. Nicely shaded. Picnic table was close to the camper and there was a good bit of room for chairs too. The fire ring and tent area was farther away, but would be fine with a little lighting. We had good cell and internet connection. Pretty close to bathrooms and shower house. The water was still down from winter, but you could tell this would be excellent for getting in a boat or in a jet ski, but the drop off would make it a little hard for swimmers to get in and out.

We enjoyed our stay at Amity. The campsites are well maintained and there is plenty of room between them. Since we visited during the week, it was very quiet. Although the bathrooms are older, they were very clean. The campground is about 8 miles north of West Point, Georgia/Lanett, Alabama. Both towns have grocery stores and restaurants. There are a lot of osprey at the lake, plus eagles. There was an osprey nest 3 campsites over from us. It was fun watching them fish and fly back to the nest.My only complaint was the ants. Even though we sprayed all around when we set up, they invaded our camper. I don't think there is much the campground could do about the ants. This was our third stay at Amity and we plan to return.

The lot we were on (53) was simply beautiful. The park looked great and all the services worked perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful week and your staff's wonderful hospitality. My wife and I hated to leave but the real world calls. Keep up the great work and we'll be back soon.

Site 53 large and roomy. Easy access to water. Easy to social distance. Camped Sunday through Thursday so it wasnt crowded.

The campsites, we had 2, were adequate. one was easier to get into than the other due to the size of out trailer and truck. Very good access to the water from both sites. Boat ramp was easy to launch from, to see and do, large lake that has 2 marinas on it. Plenty of fishing, not much catching. Camp hosts were very nice.
