Awesome campground. If you want to really camp and enjoy the scenery along with fishing,swimming, and boating ....this is the place to be!! The park attendants are both really nice there's a older couple and a mid aged couple. Both are very sweet and truly just seem like good down to earth people. My new go to camp spot.

A very quiet and peace experience. The entire campground was clean ,well groomed and gate attendants very stickler for checking passes and informing new COE campers of regulations and camp procedures. The lack of Wifi and cable was a concern but the rustic beauty and serenity of White Oak off set anything we may have missed. There are many retail and eating establishments within a short drive.

Well considered my family dog got killed by another campers dog. Wasn't a great vacation, my wife was walking our family dog and riding around my 5 month old in a stroller as we do every time we camp here, we'll this time she walked on the right of way, which I mean the road, and a bulldog ran up and grabbed our dog like it was a chew toy and bit and tore into his stomach and killed him, where if the dog was on a leash like the owner stated it was, but if it was, it would not have attacked and killed my family dog, plus the leash law of the park states no longer than 6ft which should not have reached the road, but anyway, the park ranger said there's not that she could do because the owner stated that the dog was on a leash which was BS if you ask me. And the park attendant could care less, made us right a statement on a drowning form which was crazy, all I can say is what if it was my 5 month old child, or my wife that got attacked would the out come still be the same, think about it my family dog was a child in our family just not human. I think the BS park ranger and park attendant need to find another profession, also still waiting on the owner to contact me about them putting there dog down. As they said they would but no update in over 2 wks so be on the look out at whiteoak for a couple in a fifth wheel with a white and grey bulldog yes 2 of them. Maybe this will help someone save there dog or kid.

This was the most beautiful campground we have visited. Situated on the lake with beautiful views of the water, entertainment just watching the boats in the fisherman and listening to the birdsWe will definitely return
