You can't go wrong here. All the sites are great and we found the cleanest restrooms we have seen in any facility. Highly recommended.

Bath house was super clean and air conditioned. Our site (100) was in a hole and was super muddy, no lake view. Would stay again but would not stay at this site again.

Friendly and helpful camp hosts. Large sites, well maintained. This was my third trip and will be returning. It's just a 4 hour drive - worth it.

I found my six nights stay at White Oak Campground most enjoyable. Easy water access. Near town. Most importantly (Over The Air) OTA was sufficient to maintain updates on current events and weather. When camping weather predictions are important. Motor-homes are not great protectors of sever storms. I would like to see OTA listed for each campground on the reservation page. My cell phone gives weather alerts however it is a take cover now. Crazy to think in the middle of night, raining like no tomorrow , that I can jump from bed, gather belongs, get to shelter in time, nuts. Give me TV advanced predictions over cell phones always.

Thanks to White Oak Campground crews and contractors for a clean, well maintained camp site.
