Site 93 needs to be closed until drainage is fixed when it rains water is up past your ankle when you walk out the door but the site is beautiful

we love going to white oak, we're usually there ever couple months. Saying that we just about always try to get #93 but when jt rains, and it did the last 3 days we were there you will have 3 or 4 inches of water under your camper and vehicle. So much your wheel chocks will float away from your wheels.

We enjoyed our stay,Minus the grass had not been cut. The grass was high and our site had not been cleaned. The grass at the dog park was well over 2' high so the dogs couldn't enjoy it. I have been coming to this park since i was a small child and had never seen it look the way it did. My family loves coming here but they aren't keeping it up like it use to be.

I think my campsite was 92. . It is on the point right by the lake. It was shaded in the afternoon and evening it was great hearing nature communicate through the open skies. We brought a tent and the tent area for our site was great!A couple things I didn't realize when I was there that may be helpful to someone in the future. I couldn't see the sunset from my campsite. My daughter and I walked around the point a little to get where we could see it. It was GORGEOUS! And the geese were nice to us. The grass was a little tall, but it didn't interrupt anything we were doing. I brought my dog so he was rolling around in grass that was pretty thick. There is a little sand beach to the left and right of our campsite. And the water was maybe two feet deep at our campsite. It is super accessible. We went fishing off our little shoreline. We got some bites but didn't reel in any big ones! The electricity was readily available. Bring an extension cord just in case! The fire pit was great. We could grill right on the fire ring with a movable grill. The bathrooms were clean...and cool! Parking was easy for our one vehicle. I think our spot could have had two cars in the parking space. Would highly recommend this campground if you're in the area! A little about my party. It was me, my four year old daughter, now five, and my 120 lb Bernese Mountain Dog. We had a great time and would stay here again if we were in the area!

Site 93. First I love White Oak Campground, this is the only time I've ever had a bad experience. The campsite was nice up until it rained... everyones water from above us came running and pooling into our campsite. We had to wade in water up to our ankles, dig a trench and sweep water in order to go outside. Water was still puddled under and in front of camper the entire time of our stay.

Roomy camp spots with a beautiful view. Weather turned windy and very wet and cold.

COE park with FHU is somewhat rare. This park is great! Widely spaced, level pads, wooded area. Very quite. About 10 miles from shopping and restaurants. Hosts are very accommodating.

Clean, safe, beautiful area. It will be even more wonderful once the playgrounds are open.
