White Oak Creek is our go-to campground within a day's travel. It's always well-kept and beautiful. The only drawback is weekends during the warmer months with boaters and jet skiers cruising the shoreline (over our fishing lines) and/or speeding up and down the channel. A no wake zone and/or stay-clear sign would be a welcome addition... but I'm not expecting it.

Great as always. Just wish they raised the shower heads while working on the pipes. My belly button gets SO clean!

The white older man that checked me in was extremely rude. To the point that I didnt even want to stay. He stated I could wait since I reserved the spots the night before when I had reserved them the prior weekend. 6 days prior to arrival. He always have the worst attitude and truthfully I have absolutely nothing to complain about other than that man up front. Its awful every single visit and weve made 3 visits this year so far.

Great park! The ants were more aggressive than usual with all the rain... but they were looking for shelter more than food. NOTE: The day use area across the highway is closed for the season without any sign anywhere that it is off limits ... just a locked gate on the road. There is nothing on the web indicating the status nor schedule. Took a stroll on foot over there and was met with a rude "camp host" that ran me off. He seems to have found the perfect gig for the winter: Hosting a closed park!

Enjoyed the camp until mosquitoes covered my truck and camper. It was beyond belief!

Great location right on the lake. Nice campsites. Little Grand Canyon is a must see. About 30 miles north of campground.

My biggest complaint is the front entrance workers they are very rude. Going and coming I understand they have a job to do but they don't need to be in that position if they can't be respectful to guests and I don't need someone riding around harassing me about a drip underneath my camper my whole stay saying I need to get it fixed. The staff at the park needs to be fixed.

The campground is beautiful and well run. When I checked for availability the night before our arrival there were plenty of spaces available. When we arrived the next day we were told that we needed to make reservations through Recreation.gov. There was no notice on Recreation.gov advising that reservations were required and no walk ups allowed. It was very difficult to access your website from my cell phone and I finally called in to get a reservation. I recommend that you advise people of this policy when they are on the website. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time camping at White Oak. The grounds were clean. The water was clear and our daughter enjoyed wading in the water in November. We are ready to go again.
