Beautiful, quiet surroundings. Quick walk across the street to the rocky beach and picnic area. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

We loved staying at the Seawall Campground. A quieter area of Acadia National Park, but not too far of a drive to all the things we wanted to see and do. Lots of wildlife and close enough to the gulf to hear the waves while falling asleep at night.

Camp sites were excellent and well maintained, lovely firepit & great location. Only improvement would be showers

This campground was a great base camp for hanging out at Echo Lake Beach and short bike ride away from the Wonderland Trail & Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse

Had a great time at this campsite. I stayed at an RV site and a regular car site. Definitely prefer the car site and being away from the RVs. The car sites seemed a little more private, which makes sense since RVs need more room and less trees/growth. The bathrooms were clean. The seawall picnic area is very beautiful, especially at sunset, but sometimes the fog can make things tough. The rangers at the check in area are very helpful. I would go to them with questions when I couldn't get any service on my phone. Service was very spotty, I could usually get service first thing in the morning.I made sure to plan my day since Seawall is pretty far from the East Side hikes/attractions. You could end up driving a lot if you didn't have a plan.

Simply a magical place. The wilderness and ocean are stunning and the facilities clean and comfortable. It is our plan to visit every year.
