Beautiful, heavily wooded campground with spacious sites. Excellent and clean facilities in good repair. Abundant deer in the area and convenient to local attractions. Couldn't ask for better and we will definitely try to stay here again.

Seawall is the best. Been going there year after year with my daughter, and brought the whole family and dogs this time. Clean bathrooms, good space for the tents and clean / solid fire pit for s'mores. Super nice ranger. Easiest camping experience ever - a place to rest without having to bring too much stuff thanks to so many amazing options for food and fun in Southwest Harbor and the rest of the park (highly recommend Common Good Kitchen Cafe at 19 Clark Point Rd, Southwest Harbor - amazing popovers, blueberry jam, delicious oatmeal/porridge, tea and coffee). We always head to Bar Harbor on the way out of town and have fun but are happy to have stayed on the "quiet side" of Mt. Desert Island with a relaxed vibe and so much to experience at the Seawall, Bass Harbor Light, Wonderland, etc.

Our favorite campground and Park. Great facilities, views and relaxed pace.

Everything was so clean and well kept, immensely nice to be treated to complementary firewood (1 armful per campsite per day). Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the campsites felt super exposed to the other sites.
