Great site, clean and well managed, bathrooms were kept very clean. Utility wash room for dish washing was closed for most of my visit. Which makes it very difficult to drag water back and forth to your campsite. The screen door entrance to the rest rooms are nearly impossible for a handicapped person to open to get in or out of rest room. Would have liked to have seen more patrols inside the camping area by the park rangers at night. Absolutely NO RECYCLING at this park. such a waste of bottles & cans into the trash bin. Maine deserves better!

The campground was noisy until around 11pm. People kept using the water spigot as their personal washing area and kitchen sink. Remnants of food all around it. The campsite itself was OK. The previous occupiers did not clean up after themselves 100%. I found candy and food wrappers on the ground. (Which I picked up and discarded.) I would give this campground another shot, just not a site near the restrooms.

Immaculate camp site & consistently clean women’s bathroom. Quiet at night and beautiful surroundings. Fire wood is easily obtained on roads leading in with honor system stacks along the way. The nearby pay showers are frustrating because they are based on time and not water usage. You have to make reservations online to access the Cadillac Mountain drive, but it was a simple process. Do the park loop and stop at every stop. This was a trip of a lifetime!

Exceptionally clean and well spaced camp sites nestled in beautiful pine trees. Great location to get an early start to the day and beat crowds. Bathrooms were really well maintained. Also it is just an overall really quiet and enjoyable time to camp in one of our great national parks.
