The campgrounds at Zion National Park are not so immersed in the park and you can see all of the other campers that are around you. They pack in over 100 campsites in a small space without much privacy. But they provide a convenient location to sleep in, for cheap, within minutes of the Park's visitor center and shuttle buses-- which take you to the sites. My first night I ended up with a campsite that was right next to the bathrooms which have a light on all night. It was kinda nice to have that convenience, but I had to park my car strategically so that it blocked the bathroom light from my tent. They do provide drinking water and have a place to hose your car down if you like.
I camped in Arches National Park the following night and that campground is more immersed in the rocks and environment that make that park so notable.

My husband and I were on a week trip that started at Zion park. Was pretty easy to get reservations (about 2wks out). Weather was warm but do-able. My husband doesn't camp but would love to come back again. Easy to get around and clean bathrooms, great location just inside park. Would be nice for showers, nothing like knocking of the dirt after a hike. SO many hikes, we did Narrows, to chicken for Angles Falls. Beautiful area with amazing views everywhere you look. Stars are full force at night. It was the perfect starting point for our week trip. Thank you to the National parks association for all that you do.
Nice campground. Clean restrooms. The main areas of Zion are very busy. Expect to wait in long lines to take the bus (we waited over an hour on Wednesday morning, 6/23 starting at 645). Angels landing was also very busy with long waits to go up the ridge section (we probably spent an hour at least waiting at different points in the last .4 miles) However, if you can take your time and don't get frustrated by large crowds and waits, it's still 100% worth a visit. Even standing still waiting for people to go by there is almost always beutiful views in every direction. Zion is a magical place.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
