Campsite 53 - bathroom adjacent. Minimal shade. Trees on site were not avail for hammock use. Bathroom proximity was not an issue - not too loud or bright, and the walk to the visitor center for shuttles was short. Also close to water source and trash receptacle (but not too close!) campground has a recycling area which was nice. However - two of three stalls in the restroom didnt have working locks. No hooks in restroom to hang clothes or toiletry bags.

everything was great except for the loose dirt on our site which madd everything very dusty. also too many foxtails everywhere which is dangerours for my dog. My dog was miserable since he didn't have any grass area to play/pee/poo.

Campground was clean and very accessible. Restrooms were above average.

Large site, full sun most of the day was great for solar to charge our batteries.

Unbelievable campground in Zion right next to the visitor center/bus system. Surrounded by the beautiful Zion canyon.

Its a great campground but the bathrooms have no air dryers or hand towel dispensers. There is no good way to wash your dishes either.

I towed a 25 hybrid travel trailer and had one of the pull-through sites next to the bathroom (56? 53? Cant remember) anyway it was huge, could have had a 40 toy hauler and been fine. We were one of the few RVs in the campground, its 90% tents because theres no hookups, while Watchman has only electric. Got nice and dark at night, kids could see shooting stars. We also saw lots of wildlife including a tarantula just doing his thing. Beautiful scenery all around. We went in early September and it got to 102 so bring lots of water and shade. Overall though still A+ because its Zion!

The campground was a mess, facility is old and worn down, sites are open and too close together, noisy and too much light from cars coming and going and from campers who left lights on all night made it hard to sleep.

Very good price (no electricity or water) for a nice spacious site with plenty of space towards the neighbors, and a reasonable amount of shadow.

I had a good time during my two nights here. My site wasnt super private but it was good enoughI chose to stay here mostly for proximity to the visitor center/shuttle and to not have to fight for parking and its perfect for that.
