Campground spots are decent. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and better taken care of.

Great experience at Zion and at south campground. You'll feel like you have your own space but you'll definitely still be near others. Sometimes people are loud or shining their headlights but most of the time it's a peaceful time. Highly recommend bring or renting a bike as that was our favorite part and you can get away from everything and everyone.

We were lucky enough to stay at both Watchman and South Campgrounds during our stay at Zion. The Pro's: Deer were plentiful at the South Campground, the kids loved that part! (ages 5yo and 6yo). Felt like there was a lot more space between the campsites to ride bikes and run around than Watchman. This was definitely a plus as our young children aren't the quietest of folks. Bathrooms were not as new or clean as Watchman's, but toilet paper was always available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our stay. Would recommend!

The scenic drive between Zion and Bryce Canyon was lovely.
