This should be kept open all year. The 2 week ahead reservation system is wonderful,,one of the few accessabl reservable campgrounds left.

This campground is nice, and centrally located - within easy walking distance to the visitor center. It has quite a few trees, which I'm sure would be appreciated in the summer. I only gave it 4 stars because I thought the bathroom facilities were wanting - the locks on the stalls were all broken, there are no showers, and after a heavy rain the floor was covered with mud that never got cleaned up while we were there.

Loved the campground, it was right inside the park entrance and walking distance to all the most important features in that part of the park. It really makes the stay easy when your within 5 minutes of everything you need. It also means your not deep into nature but this campground seemed a good blend of access to resources and the beauty of Zion at the same time.
