As usual our camping at North Pines was fantastic. Another year of great memories!

North Pines is a great campground. A lot of shade and close to the river

This is a very big open site. Six people with tents could easily fit. Of course the view is amazing. At certain spots there is a view of a small water fall. It was a little too open - not a lot of shade. It is marked accessible. Many of the sites are accessible but this is the only one which is marked that way. Hosts are very helpful.

The campsite was very clean and spacious. Overall, it was nice and peaceful. Convenient to the restrooms. They've put in a lot of fencing around meadows and eliminated parking by building curbs and filling the roadsides with sand and boulders. I can understand the area restoration but sometimes it is fun just to sit in the meadows and enjoy being there. I guess they want to encourage walking and taking the shuttles. They were doing some serious controlled burns while I was there.

There were people up till 12am talking out loud. Camp host didnt even come out to correct them or educate them on the rules.

Nice and clean campsite.

The campground was nice. My only minor complaint was there was no sink to wash dishes used for cooking and in bear country, this leaves one with little options, other than using campground spigots, which is expressly prohibited.

Amazing campsite, amazing area. Camp hosts are very strict about bear rules, which makes sense given the area. A couple knuckleheads with bluetooth speakers were out, but the hosts told them to knock it off at 10pm.

Great camping location! Recommend bringing bikes to access valley attractions more easily.
