Staff in the kiosk were super friendly and helpful. I was expecting mayhem with the shutdown but seemed like everyone was respectful and keeping the park clean. The bathrooms were clean, didnt see hardly any trash around, so very grateful that people were being respectful. Thank you for all the hard work the staff and volunteers were doing, much appreciated. North Pines is my favorite campground so thankful I was able to experience our beautiful Yosemite once again.

Camp was right along the creek. You could see half dome through the trees! Bathrooms were clean, theres a place to fill water. This was my favorite out of all the valley campgrounds

Absolutely the most spacious and secluded spot to stay at. I wouldn't stay at any other spot in the valley

Both volunteers and paid staff were great! They kept the campground clean and were very friendly. My only concern is the invasive weeds in the area. I hope that NPS can devote some staff to invasive species removal.

Overall, it was a good camping experience. Lots of people, but not too noisy at night.Campground volunteer hosts were very friendly and provided great information.Site 136 is in a good location. Parking pad is a bit bumpy. The restrooms were clean. The restroom lights stay on all night and shine out on some of the campsites.

Site 136- located near water( October water was still)- was able to fit both my 23 foot trailer and Chevy 2500 if I parked in a T shape. - small trail runs between back of camp site and water, you have mountain bikes and hikers walking near your site. - all motorized through traffic has to come by your site.

Very nice camp site. People get quiet after 10pm. You cannot beat the location being inside the Yosemite Valley. You can go hike in various trails, I went to Upper Yosemite Falls which was excellent. I would love to go back there soon.

Truly, one of the best hikes I've ever been on in California. For the best experience, I would definitely recommend that you leave early, bring plenty enough water, and take it one step at a time. The lakes are totally worth the effort, just be sure to leave them better than you found them. Leave no trace.
