Site 123 separated from next site by a curb. Too close for comfort.Disturbing newer trend, Someone gets a site for as long as possible then cycles all their friends to come visit for several days each. Spot next door at one time had three different camper vehicle occupants.

We had a wonderful time. The camp hosts and volunteers this year were exceptionally polite and helpful. A noticeable difference compared to 21 and 22. They were helpful when we needed them and checked in to make sure we were having a nice time and had everything we needed. I want to give a shout out to the host, Lance and the NPS volunteer, Bob.

This is a really crowded campground. Camp sites are right next to one another... they are not spaced out at all. So do not expect any privacy. You will hear everyone around you at all hours of the day... Additionally, the generator hours for RV's are pretty limited... which means if you have an RV on a standard non-electric site, and you are actually out doing stuff in the park and miss generator hours... prepare to operate off low batteries.

I get it, being in the valley itself is nice, but camping right smack next door to others does not make for an enjoyable camping trip.
Cheers, Ryan

Had an amazing time in the park and staying here permitted me to do Upper Yosemite Falls at sunset!

5' drive (or less) from Vernal Falls trailhead parking. It didn't fell overcrowded. Clean restrooms. Each tent spot has an available picinc table as well as bear box and fire pit. 100% recomendable!
