Super duper cozy and dense forest campsite. The sites are reasonably spaced out and all of them have their own little path to a larger path that follow the river. Linn County does a great job maintaining the site as well. Due to being such a dense forest it is very very wet and humid, so prepare to need a few towels to dry off your tent.

This campground was incredible the trees were old large and beautiful, the river was a sight to see! I deck that’s built for fishing is also incredible for sitting and reading and the views are spectacular. It’s quiet, and secluded by the trees and I felt completely safe the whole time. An excellent Campground, I will be back that is a guarantee! What a treat!

Both the park ranger and the fire ranger were kind and courteous — a real pleasure! The campground was gorgeous and beautifully maintained. I came here as a small child, over 50 years ago. Thank you so much for keeping this place going.

This was such a beautiful campground. My family loved and enjoyed every minute of being here. We played in the river and really enjoyed the size of the campsites. There didn't seem to be a host on site but the campground itself is pretty small so it's not very surprising. We felt like we spent 4 days in the rainforest it was absolutely beautiful. We had no cell reception in the campground (not complaining just trying to give information) there was a place to buy firewood about 3-5 miles down the road (Bigfoot Firewood), if you need a store for any reason it's about 20ish miles to get into town. I'm a rockhounder and found some really great peices here. We had no complaints about the campsite at all except mosquitos which..... It's camping so ya know. Oh and the water. 😂 The water is a physical hand pump so you'll need something to catch the water that has a wide mouth on it to catch the water. It was very hard to get water into our 5 gallon collapsible water jugs. Everything else is amazing!
