Great location with access to the Kanc and Conway. This site was ok - on the inner bend of the road, so surrounded on 3 sides by the thoroughfare. Very large sites overall, water available, toilets are fine. Keep aware of falling acorns!

I used to maintain two clicks multrum composting toilets at a national park, these were NOT maintained well, it did not get cleaned while we were there. We stopped at Big Rock and they were immaculate at the entrance. Theres a nice hike nearby, Boulder Loop Trail, not difficult. Good swimming in the streams nearby. StoryLand not too far over in Glen. Shopping in Conway. And moose on the Kane-ca-Maw-guus! Something for all! Except clean toilets but the site was nice.

I had a wonderful time during my recent stay. The host was super..very friendly and helpful! The campground was neat and very quiet. I would stay here again for sure.

This was our first time in a White Mountain National Forest Campground. As a long time hiker and camper, I knew the area well. The site we booked was more than reasonable for our small camper. I was disappointed that the rules aren't completely outlined when you book. For instance, generators are not permitted to used outside the hours of 8am-10am and 5pm-7pm. The host came over immediately to let us know we needed to turn it off (despite it being 100% humidity and raining). Our full intention was to enjoy the camper on this rainy weekend and had I known we would not be able to run our AC for comfort (due to needing the quiet inverter generator) I would have cancelled and looked for another option. I am a long time tent camper, first time RVer. I am very respectful of others but I feel like not enough information is provided upfront to make a reasonable decision on a booking. I will return, weather dependent!

We had a very clean site and the outhouse was very clean also. The hosts were awesome and very helpful with any questions. We are coming back again this summer.
